Asian Paints Berger Floor Guard Epoxy Top Coat, 20L Base + 5L Hardener, Sky Blue, Heavy-Duty Epoxy Floor Finish

About this itemAsian Paints Berger Floor Guard Epoxy Top Coat, 20L Base + 5L Hardener in Sky Blue, is a heavy-duty epoxy top coat designed for large interior concrete floors in the UAE where a bright, clean blue appearance and long-term protection are both important. Sky Blue is a popular choice for industrial, logistics and parking facilities, offering an uplifting, high-visibility finish that aids navigation and enhances the look of operational spaces. Mixed in the specified ratio, the base and hardener cure to a high-build film with excellent adhesion to correctly prepared concrete and screeds. The coating provides strong resistance to abrasion from forklift traffic, pallet jacks, trolleys and heavy footfall, making it suitable for warehouses, production areas, assembly lines, storage halls and multi-storey car parks. It also offers good resistance to many oils, fuels, coolants and routine cleaning chemicals, helping protect the substrate from chemical attack and staining when spills are managed properly. The gloss surface reduces dusting and simplifies cleaning by sweeping or washing – a key benefit in dusty UAE conditions, where floor cleanliness affects both safety and appearance. The 20L + 5L pack size is ideal for completing large continuous floor areas with consistent colour and gloss. For industrial and commercial users who need a robust, high-visibility Sky Blue epoxy floor system, Asian Paints Berger Floor Guard Epoxy Top Coat in this larger pack is a highly practical solution.
