1. The Dewalt Metal Cutting Disc DPC is a high performance, long lasting cutting disc for metal applications. Constructed with ultra-tough grade aluminum oxide grain and a durable and rigid polyester fibre backing, it is designed to deliver outstanding results. Its durable construction ensures that it can cope with extended cutting times and even the toughest materials.
2. The disc is also designed to be safe and efficient. It features a special anti-kickback design where the disc is shaped like a cylinder in order to reduce the risk of kickbacks when cutting. Furthermore, a laser cut edge creates a neat and burr-free finish to reduce post-processing work.
3. The disc can perform multiple tasks such as cutting carbon as well as non-ferrous metals. It is ideal for general purpose cutting applications as well as for cutting through welds, wires and other troublesome materials.
4. The disc also benefits from Dewalt’s ‘WebbedTechnology', which helps dissipate heat and prolong the life of the disc. In addition it boasts an encapsulated back construction that increases the strength of the disc while also providing additional protection for the user.
