Adesilex G19 Fast is a high-performance, fast-setting, two-component epoxy-polyurethane adhesive designed for resilient and textile flooring. It comprises an epoxy-polyurethane polymer (component A) and a special hardener (component B). Once mixed, it forms an easy-to-apply, even-colored paste that sets through a chemical reaction without shrinking.
This adhesive is particularly suitable for non-absorbent or moisture-sensitive substrates, including wood, metal, ceramic, stone, resin, PVC, and rubber. After setting, Adesilex G19 Fast becomes exceptionally tough and resistant to moisture, water, heat, and atmospheric agents, ensuring excellent adhesion to nearly all materials commonly used in the building industry. It's ideal for both interior and exterior floor applications, especially in areas subjected to extreme temperatures, intense mechanical stress, or frequent washing.

Storage & Handling Guidelines
- Adesilex G19 Fast remains stable for at least 24 months in its original, sealed packaging under normal environmental conditions.
- Store away from food, drink, and feed in adequately ventilated premises.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and inhalation of vapors and mists during handling and application.
- Component B (hardener) causes severe skin burns and eye damage, and may cause an allergic skin reaction. It may be harmful if swallowed or in contact with skin, and may cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure.
- Wear personal protective equipment including close-fitting safety goggles, comprehensive skin protection (e.g., cotton, rubber, PVC, or viton clothing), and suitable safety gloves (Polychloroprene, Nitrile rubber, Butyl rubber, or Fluorinated rubber with specified thicknesses and breakthrough times).
- In case of insufficient ventilation, use a mask with ABEKP filters.
- Contaminated work clothing must not be allowed out of the workplace and should be washed before reuse. Do not eat or drink while working.
- Avoid release to the environment; collect spillage and dispose of contents/container in accordance with applicable regulations.

For textured or impervious surfaces: trowel No. 2 or TKB B1/B2 uses 450-550 g/m², trowel No. 3 or TKB C1 uses 550-750 g/m², and trowel No. 4 uses 750-1000 g/m².
