LATEX PLUS
Latex admixture inducing elasticity to be mixed with Keraquick. Applications: Latex Plus is an admixture to be mixed with Keraquick. It improves deformability to meet the requirements of class S2 (highly deformable adhesive), according to EN 12004. A highly deformable, high performance, fast setting adhesive with no vertical slip is obtained, suitable for interior and exterior installations of ceramic tiles, stone material, insulation panels, gypsum boards, etc. Latex Plus must be used in complete substitution of batching water. Particularly suitable for rapid installation of ceramic tiles and large size stone material slabs (façades, balconies, terraces, etc.), in swimming pools and on deformable substrates. Technical data: Latex Plus Keraquick Pot life: 30 minutes. Open time: 20 minutes. Grouting: 2-3 hours. Set to light foot traffic: approx. 2-3 hours. Ready for use: approx. 24 hours (3 days for basins and swimming pools). Deformability according to EN 12004: S2 - highly deformable. Application: notched trowel n. 4, 5, 6 or 10. Storage (Latex Plus): 24 months. Protect from frost. Consumption 0.7-1.3 kg/m2. Packaging 10 kg drums. Keraquick Latex Plus is CE marked, as declared in ITT certificate n° 25080065/Gi (TUM) issued by the Technische Universität München laboratory (Germany).

Primary Uses
- As an admixture for Keraquick S1 and Keraquick Maxi S1 to obtain a high-performance, fast-setting, highly deformable (class C2F S2) adhesive for ceramic tiles and stone materials (interior and exterior installations, including large format, high thickness, and thin porcelain tiles).
- As an admixture for Nivorapid and Planipatch to obtain an ultra-fast cementitious levelling compound with improved deformability and bonding strength for interior surfaces.
- Installation of ceramic and stone material on underfloor heated installations, façades, balconies, terraces, precast concrete walls, existing floors (ceramic tiles, marble, PVC rubber, etc.), cement screeds or hot-poured asphalt substrates (stable and well oxidized), and deformable surfaces (wood, metal, etc.).
- Levelling of wood plank-on-edge flooring, chipboard, plywood, sheet metal, PVC, rubber, linoleum, strong non-woven flooring, and ceramic tile.
- Levelling for walls and floors on all substrates normally used in construction (provided they are not subject to moisture) varying in thickness from 1 to 20 mm (Nivorapid mix) or from 0 to 10 mm (Planipatch mix).

Latex Plus is a low viscosity, water dispersion of an extremely flexible polymer. It serves as an admixture designed to significantly improve the deformability and bonding strength of Keraquick S1, Keraquick Maxi S1, Nivorapid, and Planipatch, without altering their fundamental application or performance characteristics.
When combined with Keraquick S1 or Keraquick Maxi S1, Latex Plus creates a high-performance, fast-setting, and highly deformable (C2FS2 according to EN 12004) adhesive, suitable for both interior and exterior installations of ceramic tiles and stone materials.
