Mapeflex PU 40 is a one-component, thixotropic, polyurethane-based sealant designed for sealing expansion and contraction joints in both horizontal and vertical surfaces. With a low modulus of elasticity, it accommodates movements up to 25% and offers excellent durability. The product is paintable and adheres well to a variety of substrates, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
