Mapegrout SV Fiber is a high-performance, flowable, shrinkage-compensated, quick-setting and hardening cementitious mortar. It is designed for repairing concrete structures subjected to dynamic stress, cyclical loads, impact loads, and vibration, even at temperatures as low as -5°C. This one-component, ready-mixed powdered mortar contains special hydraulic binders, high-strength cement, synthetic polyacrylonitrile fibers, rigid steel fibers, selected aggregates, and special additives. It offers excellent adhesion to old concrete and rebar, high resistance to impact loads, and rapid hardening, allowing for foot traffic and vehicular use within hours of application at +20°C.
