Mapei ACF L5 HF is a synthetic liquid admixture designed to enhance the production of warm mix and hot asphalt concrete, particularly when incorporating reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP). Its advanced formulation includes rejuvenators, plasticisers, and anti-stripping agents, which improve the adhesion of binders to aggregates, regenerate oxidized bitumen in RAP, and lower production and laying temperatures for better workability.
